Basic information: born in September, 1961, graduated with a Master’s degree from Graduate School of University of the Philippines in 2001, majoring in Social Forestry; currently in the position of deputy director of Rural Development Research Institute. Main research achievements: author and coauthor of Environmental Economics, Clarification on Anti-poverty Terminology in China; theses including Gender Participation in the Development of Social Forestry, Summit on Community Forestry and Sustainable Development in the World, Research on Xichang City’s Efforts to Concede the Lands to Forestryetc.; received one first prize of provincial and ministerial level.
